ATO coming back to fsu

That’s what they told people that rushed lands chi, and phi delt. How’s that going? There’s almost no property left in college town or anywhere desirable near campus. There’s a reason they were in the White House for so long (no money or land)

Sigep Nationals owns that house- those guys aren’t switching to Ato! If you want a house to party at, you would’ve joined a frat that allows it. Now, Alpha delt- they may want to jump to an ATO or PiKapp when they come back and take the house. ATO will be back in the fall and working on housing now. Officially can’t recruit until Summer, so you’ll see their websites popping up soon.

Likely no housing., sold their layfette street property and college place no longer allows chapter facilities to operate out of their properties
