Yes, lambda chi was great most of their life at FSU before having to leave in 2011.
Pike, LXA and Phi Delt all built those big houses in Heritage. ATO and SIg Ep were supposed to build but they got booted.
Back then the top “jock” frats were Pike and Phi Delt. Lambda Chi and Sigma Chi were big time party, good time popular houses. SAE, Sig Ep, ATO, Theta Chi, Delt, Phi Sig and Pi Kapp were all real good too. FSU had a lot of good fraternities before the Lambda Chi incident and the Pi Kapp incident. It really hurt the whole statement when Phi Delt and Phi Tau, Phi Sig, and ATO and Delt all got booted. And some of those IMO for no good reason.

They can recruit out of their old house all they want. Until they get some cool kids no one will want to join their chapter. It’s like putting lipstick on a pig, however, over time it’s bound to happen as long as they get to use both houses on the property

Forgot to mention Pike the forever top frat as soon as they colonized at FSU. ATO was Pikes only comp, LXA PiKapp and SX were all sorry. SAE was mid I guess.
