Is pike still top tier?

Pike has quality brothers and obviously a nice house but does them being in heritage still make them top? Nobody goes out there anymore and their carnage concert didn’t even fill their courtyard like it use to. I’d say from a social/ party aspect there worse than theta chi

No pike is bottom tier with ATO and sigep. Delta chi runs the campus
