What frats are coming back in the fall?

The only two organizations eligible to come back in the fall are Chi Phi and Sigma Chi. Should they choose to come back, they must:
>submit a formal application to ifc
>jump through all the hoops ifc puts them through
>MAYBE get one social event in the fall so they can rush in the spring
>will have to start completely from the ground up
So I doubt either of which will recolonize any time soon.

You forget, LXA has been gone for a long time and there was no specific suspension timeline. Their alumni are pushing to return this fall. Also, Sigma Nu has been gone a long time and plans to come back.
Colonies can come back as student organizations and THEN apply for IFC status when they’re stronger.

Under the new NIC regulations, local IFCs can determine rules for existing colonies as they move toward chartering, but they cannot prohibit anyone from establishing a colony. An example was the IFC vote against TEP. Votes like that aren't allowed anymore. TEP didn't challenge it and as far as I know they have abandoned FSU.
