These are the girls that everyone wants to be or be with friends with. Work hard, play hard is a good motto to relate to these girls - considering they are consistently in the upper numbers for GPA and it often turns into a competition for who can get invited to their events.

The Phis definitely know how to party and are definitely some of the hottest girls on Greek street, but they are ALL about looks. Sure, a lot of the girls happen to be really sweet, but they have been known to overlook incredible, outgoing, and very interested PNMs on the basis of their looks or potential to be popular. Don't get me wrong, I love the Phi's. They're just not a super well-rounded house for those who are going Greek for more than just the parties and the boys.

The girls are classy, smart and SUPER HOT. They party like there's no tomorrow, but will always be there if you ever need them. Don't expect them to sit back and be wallflowers. They are the LIFE OF THE PARTY, but will never slouch on their academics and philanthropy. They are great to their girls and amazing people. The very best girls go Alpha Phi!

These girls are sincere, hilarious, fun & respectful. The chapter is really involved in their philanthropy, as well as other chapters philanthropies on campus. They continue to raise their GPA every semester and are above the all greek and all women's average on campus. These girls like to have fun, but they know how to work hard, too. Social butterflies, genuine and laid back girls. Their house is really cool, too. They have kitchens and their own bathrooms. But really, get to know these girls!
