It's hard to place these girls on a tier because they're at a rough spot between middle and bottom. They haven't had a decent pledge class since 2010 and they slip a little more every year. I think their reputation was being held by many of the girls who graduated this year. I'm interested to see what recruitment does for them. just an observation

there is definitely a gap between the fun and cool chios and the weird ones. i ranked chio top bc the majority are outgoing and good looking even though there is a small group of girls who are below average looking and catty and weird. you never see the two groups hang out its funny. heard through the grapevine that eboard is a problem. im sure that will be fixed come slating time. always great involvement and philanthropy. overall awesome girls
