i think maybe it's just that they don't have a reputation still. they're not know as "the party girls" or "the sweet girls" or anything. they're a mix and that could give them an edge at the end of the day

the amount of bad rankings over the past few weeks shows how intimidated people are of this chapter leading up to recruitment. honestly, these girls are super outgoing and i always see them around and supporting other greek events. no idea about their sisterhood htough

A phis seem like nice, sweet girls. Kind of quiet, but the seem to enjoy being in a phi and each other. they're relatively new on campus and have done a good job of making a presence.

Honestly, just average all the way around. Nothing really sticks out about their chapter and they aren't really known to be the best at anything. Maybe with time they'll find their niche but for now they don't really stick out.
