is it true that sdt is now the most desirable house? bc it looks like it is. i've heard they have the best brownstone on frat row.

a friend of mine in sdt told me she really doesn't like the house because the common area isn't on the first floor so its inconvenient and she doesn't hang out there much. But I've never actually been inside so idk.
