Just a colony, not even part of IFC or rush. Never heard of them doing anything and most of the guys I’ve met act like they’re a top house when they aren’t even on campus.

Not even a real fraternity, they aren’t IFC and dont participate in rush. Zero involvement on campus. Basically all the rejects that couldn’t get a bid literally anywhere.

A great group of guys, I've been to a few of their parties. For their first row they got the guy that sang Wes Walker! It was a lot of fun, can't wait to see what they do in the next couple years

These boys aren’t a real fraternity so I guess they have more time to self rank. Kind of a joke of a fraternity if you ask me. No one knows who they are or where they really came from. Call themselves a fraternity but aren’t recognized by IFC at the university. Pathetic. If they were IFC they would definitely still be bottom tear though.
