Have had some good times here but have to say these country boys can be a little fake. Pretend to be rich but lots of farmers kids so... three years down and it’s declined in my opinion. If you’re less red neck and more upscale you might want to really think hard on this one. They call us sorority girls clickish but they are worse than most guys in that respect. Some really great guys here but not the majority. If they didn’t have Ski Lodge they probably wouldn’t be much more than a weekend at the tractor pull

Even though they are a top house I really don't get why.. They only hang out with kappa and chi o and their parties are so so weird if you don't know anyone. Biiiig Arkansas guys who love to drink beer and drive trucks, no really drive by the house and it is literally only trucks.
