What frats are on the come up to being top houses and what are on their way down?

I wouldn't say they are becoming "top" but, Pi Kapp, Fiji, Sig Tau, TKE, and DTD have all improved this year. Sig Ep, Kappa Sig, DKE, Delta Chi, and Alpha Sig have all fallen.
