Sorority Rank ?

Why are the same sororities rank similarly across the country? I’ve noticed Zeta, Aphi, and some others are usually top tier while Gphib and Aoii are usually at the bottom. What makes them that way across the board?

DZ and DG are very strong nationally too. G phi and Aopi are smaller and frankly just not as strong as many other sororities 🤷‍♀️
