Don’t get ahead of things. They plan on easing things in by giving a bid to a girl with dirty blond hair to start. Maybe in a few years they will allow a brunette. After that who knows!!! So exciting!

All you have to do is look at their Instagram page for pictures with 20-30 girls and you’ll see in almost every case MORE than 10 will be blonde, skinny and white. Not sure how that’s being mean- just pointing out performative activism! These numbers don’t just accidentally happen, these girls were chosen every year by similar girls every year to maintain an imagine they liked and they didn’t have any sort of issue with it until they were finally called out for it (:

and interestingly, only about 5% of the U.S is blonde. yet pi phi recruits far more than that. sickening.

when i went through recruitment everyone who wasn’t blonde in my group got dropped from pi phi round 1 myself included

eh, that’s kind of a stretch. they look different at the very least and moved away from that stigma more and more with each pc. every girl in pi phi looks like they could be related. hopefully things will change now that they were called out for it.

I believe Alpha Phi is way different in that aspect, they choose the hottest girls, no matter what they look like or skin color, they’re just simply fire usually.
