What makes each of them top houses (Sig chi, Delta Sig, Sig Ep, Lambda) ?

Pretty much parties for all of them except lambda

Yeah I’d say Lamba is more know for how smart they are and there philo, they are probably the most well rounded. So what they lack in parties they make up for in everything else. I’d say Delta Sig is more than just parties too, it’s really just Sig chi and Sig ep that are know for there parties.

Sig ep does well in intramural too, and there guys aren’t complete rocks !

Sig Chi is only known for parties and nothing more, which isn’t a bad thing but it’s like, if there parties get bad or something they don’t have anything else to keep them at the top!
