Like anyone else I would like to rush a top frat, but I understand it will be hard to get a bid. So my question is, what frats are falling off that I should stay away from? And what frats should I look at that aren’t as popular but have been getting better or moving up the ranks?

These frats are the main ones that are falling:
K Sig
Sig Tau
FIJI

While these are rising:
SAE
Sig Nu
Phi Tau (best of the three)

But still be selective! If you’re someone that likes to party, than Sig Nu definitely is not a good choice. Or if you value brotherhood, SAE is not for you. Also, those three frats that are falling are all still better than those three that are rising

DKE
Kappa Sig
FIJI

Rising Mids:
Sig Tau
Chi Phi
SAE

And the Top frats are
Sig chi/ Sig ep
Delta sig: Lambda chi

Probably the most selective and hardest to get bids from!
But keep in mind the whole rank system changes due to PC and parities and quality of guys mainly!
