i honestly think that most aphis don't know this happens this has been secret that they don't even know. until now. i hope my friends in alpha phi will be pissed enough to demand answers

Finally...it's out, I knew there was a reason that APhi across the country is known solely for being attractive. I really wish this organization understood the value of having a house filled with personality rather then looks. I hope they make some major changes.

I am confused. Aphi’s last two PC have not been hot at all. Does ASU APhi recruit on looks? If so, the hot girls have not been choosing them,

Don't even bother reading. WE ALL know Aphi chooses who recruits based on insta followers and pre ranks based on looks. PSA second worst GPA on campus, for the third year going

Wouldn't be surprised if other schools have done this but every schools recruiting strategy is different. LOTS of houses recruit on looks(some worse than others) because as much as no one wants to admit it, it's what people judge you on and gives the sorority a certain image. Everyone wants put-together, fashionable, nice girls and not girls that haven't washed their hair in 2 weeks or don't care present their best self at recruitment. Also EVERY house pre scores you based off your social media. And your pre score is more than looks. It's how you carry yourself, whether or not you post inappropriate pictures that can make a you a liability to the sorority, high school involvement, high school gpa, and more. If you aren't in whatever sorority you're talking about you don't know how all their recruiting works because it's confidential and girls can get in trouble for talking about it. Recruiting is a year round process that has way more steps than judging looks.
