can students at different campuses rush?

Hey yall, looking to transfer to ASU as a sophomore and a little confused about the multi-campus thing. One of the majors I'm looking at isn't at the Tempe campus, so I'm wondering if each campus has their own activities or if students at every campus can rush and get involved in ASU clubs. I'm not from AZ so I'm not too familiar with the system. Also would not being from the Tempe campus affect recruitment chances? Thanks!

My fraternity has both kids from poly campus and downtown campus, there are a lot of sorority girls from downtown. Its def do-able but a bigger time commitment having to commute to tempe for both pledging and being involved in your chapter.
