with kappa sig being closed down who is now #2?
by: Greek ExpertAfter the latest violation after being on SP, I hear Kappa Sig is being closed down by nationals for 5 years. Who is going to move up to the #2 spot behind Lambda Chi?

If nationals close us then I heard all members are released to join other fraternities if we want but we we stay open and go off campus its business as usual.

You can't use Kappa Sig name or letters, which are protected by copy wright laws. You would either use your chapter name or create your own local.

Why doesn't national shut them down for a few years?. If they don't close up and go off campus like rumors say they will become as irrelevant as DKE,Sigma Chi and TKE.
