Who throws better parties on campus fraternity's or off?

Probably Off campus.
Whenever the top off campus houses party they never run out of alc and its like more of an event if that makes sense.

It should be obvious just the name OFC means these fraternities have NO official affiliations with ASU. It might as well be a high school party ( most guests are wrachet high schoolers or flunkies from the JC. NO one from ASU goes to their parties except geeds.

Off Campus is way better for your social scene. If your only goal is to help raise money for children in Zimbabwe with scurvy...then IFC is for you!!!
