cool guys and a solid house. don't get yourselves tied in with dke and tke. you bring around better caliber girls than them. don't let them think you're on the same level.

closer to campus would help, but it doesn't change that the 3 houses there are better than what Spence or anywhere else has to offer. The proximity of 3 respectable houses on one street means girls will be swarming there. And Spence is perhaps the shadiest neighborhood in Tempe, girls just dealt with going there because there were few alternatives. Big thanks to you guys for getting another row started

sigma chi, dke, and tke are getting complexes across from grigio metro right next door from one another. if this happens, those three will undoubtedly attract the most girls because of their proximity and be the new top 3.

To each his own, but from a neutral perspective I think it's pretty obvious that Sigma Chi is one of the top houses at this school. If the rumors about their new complex are true, they'll only stay on top.
