Probably won’t break out lower mid this year, especially most sororities consider them a bottom house. You should definitely look elsewhere.

These guys had a great year last year for having only one party house. They have added 3 more party houses so getting ready for sigma nu to throw down

true but neither should acacia chi phi or phi tau, don’t even regard the rankings on this page look at the discussions for more accuracy

Yeah but Chi Phi and Phi Tau are solid middle tier fraternities with good reputations and no real beef with anybody. It’s not really a surprise they’d be ranked kind of high up. Sig Nu isn’t even a middle tier fraternity, so they shouldn’t be anywhere near the top. But also yeah the “ranks” on greekrank are pretty bad. Any PNMs reading this I’d stick to the discussion board if you’re going to be on this site

Yeah they have better party houses but they are still way too crowded to have any type of fun in. Probably cuz of the 50 pledges they have this semester. Don’t think they understand that quantity does not equal quality.
