Delta Kappa Epsilon - ΔΚΕ Fraternity at Arizona State University - ASU 1.0 They might be the third best on campus, but the drop off from Sig Ep/Sigma Chi to these guys is huge. And once you get past the old Sigma Pi guys, they're skinny, weird, try way too hard, and most seem to have long hair. Expect a decline once the Sigma Pi guys are gone
