explain this please

keep seeing the word inclusive being talked about but is that in regards to dues? i thought it meant like diversity.. isnt uh diverse so the sorties would be too. very confused why everyone keeps bringing this up on the last post

Diversity and inclusiveness isn’t the same thing. And it’s evident that not all sororities on campus are equally diverse. Inclusiveness means what is your chapter is doing to ensure that all identities in your chapter are being represented and being supported.

people kept talking about it in the last post bc someone asked zta how inclusive they were and homegirl just started talking about dues. their insta says a lot about them.
