Delta Zeta - ΔΖ Sorority at University of Houston - UH 3.0 funny how everyone keeps hating on dz and making up stuff to bring down their rank but wont address the real issues within other houses. yes. dz self ranks. we all know it. but always hating on the real diverse chapters and not ones that just diversity recruit a few members each semester. at least they dont delete all of their horrible negative reviews from girls who dropped or people who are brave enough to speak up about experiences with them like the self procclaimed top house do. when i was in uh greek lyfe, chio, phi mu, dz and sk were the only diverse chapters and it still looks to be that way. houses change very year based on classes and the girls who come in, but to make fun of dz, phi mu, chio and these other houses is just a tactic to keep them in the made up bottom ranks just because they arent all tall, thin, and white. those top houses are just scared that as those chapters keep becoming more appealing to incoming girls, theyll be forced to the bottom for their recruitment tactics. all of the chapters in the bottom still have houses despite the lies people are saying, and they are thriving. the people that keep deleting all of the truthful neg comments ob their pages to make their carbon copied girl houses look better need to get a life. as for dz, they hav their stuff - everyone does. but constantly throwing them into the bottom and making up stuff is wrong when they have a great sisterhood that is real, diverse and true compared to the lies the top houses try to sell as the truth. the chapter i dropped didnt do any of this and i regret dropping them during rush after seeing greek rank. i might have stayed if i had gone with dz, chio, or phi mu. take neg comments with a grain of salt if youre a pnm reading these pages. give each sorority a chance and really look through their social media and ask the hard questions during rush. but srsly, who gives af if dz self ranks. they love their sisterhood. good for them.

Delta Zeta - ΔΖ Sorority at University of Houston - UH 4.9 I love DZ! The girls are soooo pretty & sweet. They have had a major glow up as a chapter & are very involved. I always see them participate in other philanthropy weeks and they win most of the events might I add.

Delta Zeta - ΔΖ Sorority at University of Houston - UH 3.4 Dz is moved around a lot in the so called ranks like chio. People seem to just throw them around when in reality they are some of the funniest gals in bayou and are loving and kind. Their sisterhood is strong and people underestimate them and judge them unfairly a lot. Like chio, they have a lot going for them and are on the up, which is probably why the self named “top” houses feel the need to put them down a lot. These girls are beyond sweet and so fun to be around! If you need a laugh or a smile, they’re the best people for the job!

Most people come to greek rank to hate on a specific chapter, and 90% of these ranks and comments are completely superficial. There is much more to sorority life than meets the eye, and each chapter has it's own unique qualities, sisterhood, and values. Be yourself during recruitment and you will find the sisterhood that's right for you. If you're only looking to join a "top house" or are gravitating to the chapter with the "prettiest girls," (which is super subjective btw and all chapters have incredibly beautiful women), then you should reconsider why you're going through recruitment. Superficial aspects are inevitable in the recruitment process, but you shouldn't base your home off of aesthetics. Friendly everywhere they go, have a lot of self-respect and poise. can have fun without being messy or drama filled. Doesn’t have to party to have a good time either- see them in parks and out to eat all the time.
