Love them. Very respectful, and will actually make the effort to talk to you, not to mention they're just fun people. They go out of their way to make sure everyone's ok and having a good time, and always look out for their brothers. They had to have raised a bunch of money for BCA this year. Great frat and great people. SAVE THE TATAS

Ok a house is only as good as the frat who owns it, first off, so even if theta chi gets it next year no one's gonna come and their parties are still gonna suck. Other frats are just hating because they know people like coming to pike and they're not gonna stop going just because they lose left aid. There's always more houses in harrisonburg.
