Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 1.0 I’m not really a fan of this chapter. They come off as kind of off-putting overall. Chum, for one, and on top of that, they act really strange whenever they’re around girls. It’s like they don’t really know how to interact in a respectful or comfortable way, which just gives off an awkward vibe. It makes people feel uneasy, and it’s definitely something that stands out in a negative way. There’s nothing majorly offensive, but the overall behavior feels off, and that alone makes it hard to feel good about this chapter or recommend it to others.
