Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 4.2 Very attractive house on average. Older girls are very classy for the most part and great girls, but don't party the hardest. Their fall '11 pledge class is their hottest so far, probably the hottest of that rush but they aren't typical of Theta. They've always been on the brink of being a top house, I think they just need to throw more parties and be more social
