Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Florida International University - FIU 5.0 Only reason I rated them as too tier is because they are, since we got kicked off they took over and maintained the top of FIU Greek life. All sororities love them, and they are very involved on campus. PIKE NEVER DIES

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Florida International University - FIU 4.6 I rushed a sorority fall of this year and never really got to know many Pikapps because my fam tree was all tkes but spring came around and so did pikapps.Everytime Ive hung out with pikapps they've shown me a good time and each party they've had has been great. Just wish they would throw more events because i feel like they could really establish themselves as the top but for now I love the ones I've met.

They regressed over the past year but manage to stay #1 due to lack of competent competition. Horrible year overall, and new pledge class's are mediocre. The success of Booze Cruise helped an other wise mediocre semester. Need to get back to having socials, and raising the quality of new recruits.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Florida International University - FIU 2.6 I thought this group seemed to have it all, but you can tell they just care too much about being "on top". They lose sight of what is important because they're so caught up in themselves. It's kind of pathetic in a way.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Florida International University - FIU 3.0 I went to a rush event at their house last fall and thought it was section 8 housing. I'm not a ghetto white or black kid so this fraternity wasn't for me. But once you get past that they're not so bad.
