Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Florida International University - FIU 4.2 Only frat that seems to function as real fraternities do despite a lot of brothers looking and acting ghetto. Best parties on campus, the only group of guys I feel are normal and not weird or creepy, good at sports. Not very friendly and seemed closed off and sketchy.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Florida International University - FIU 3.8 Although they are a top tier fraternity, you can tell that Pikapp lacks in a lot of areas. Their brotherhood isn't so great. It feels like most of the brothers are spread out into clicks just like FIJI. The biggest mistake they make in recruitment is making PNMs feel like you need them, not that they need you. Another thing they're not doing is taking advantage of the house, and not maintaining it either. Pikapp lacks a lot of things, but makes up for it w/ campus & sorority involvements.

Although they are a top tier fraternity, you can tell that Pikapp lacks in a lot of areas. Their brotherhood isn't so great. Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Florida International University - FIU 4.0 You have so many good members that are active, involved, and do things right but then you also start handing bids like Fiji. Definitely the top fraternity on campus, which is sad because it says a lot about FIU greek life. Pi Kapp here is definitely not a bad fraternity, but compared to other schools they would maybe be mid tier. All fraternities should be as involved as pikapp. Sweet hearts in almost every sorority, big chapter, house.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Florida International University - FIU 4.6 Great group of guys who know how to balance everything. Seems like fraternities are always about the partying but these guys know how to get things done on campus (very involved in the community and the university setting).
