PNMs... you will only see probably 20 of the sisters of Phi when going through. They either have the other members stay home or in the basement. Also, only the recruitment chair and president vote on new members. Literally no members have a say so of who even gets in unlike every other sorority on campus. Yikes

I've met a few Phi's and they were all really nice. I have heard about their reputation and I don't believe it at all. They do have a lot of cliques though :/

Saw the recruitment video and it made me feel awful about my self esteem I def will not be going back to that house. They were all judging me for my appearance and not who I truly am...
