Phi is a top tier sorority with a terrible sisterhood. They have nothing good to say about each other and other sororities. Also very boring group of girls with pretty faces.

That's literally a downright lie. Kappa and Xi without a doubt had the best recruitments. They had higher return rates I know for a fact. Sorry phi... You're downgraded. One bad pc after another

Phi is a campus favorite and rushed #1 last year, meaning that more girls want to go phi than any other sorority. I understand the conflict between competing sororities especially since it is rush season, but c'mon ladies, low rating other sororities won't make yours look any better come rush week. Always love the ladies of alpha phi

Like 5 years ago they were pretty good. They really lost all of their pretty girls. Now it's just the picked over girls that didn't get into better houses. They also are known for their terrible sisterhood. They constantly put eachother down

Upper middle tier. The older ones used to be really pretty and nice. Their biggest competitions were dg and kappa. These current phis have no sisterhood, take it from someone who dropped during pledge period. I thought they were so cute but apparently there is no sisterhood, and the girls aren't even cute anymore
