Phi has some fun girls, especially the older ones. They also have some huge negatives at the moment. 1. They cant pregame for socials at the frat houses they have to use their tiny annex house with BLOWS 2. They are on probation right now and fluctuate on and off it very frequently resulting in cancelled socials and date parties and formals. 3. They are very judgemental based solely on looks. They will for sure judge you based solely on your appearance going through rush.

top tier for letters like kappa but so much better than kappa. genuinely down to earth and trendy but pledge classes are getting weirder.
