Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at West Virginia University - WVU 2.9 the only reason they have girls up there is because a chi o is their sweetheart and takes the same group of 4 girls up. They're parties are funish, but there are certain guys that just try way too hard. They think they're relevant but they only are because all the good frats got kicked off and they're one of the only few left that sororities can have socials with. Try and rush guys with an IQ above 40 guys.. maybe next year.
