Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 4.4 Top frat on campus hands down. They’re all so cute and nice and really just good guys. Their parties can get wild and they mix with the top sororities only. I don’t think they go above and beyond with philanthropy but they definitely participate enough. Good mix of single guys and a few with girlfriends, but overall they’re all super good with girls.

No brotherhood at all, just a bunch of guys who pay money and get together on the weekend to listen to music and drink. Also losing their house on annabelle apparently so REALLY nothing going for them
