Notice how they have still been ranking themselves over break while other sororities are getting bad reviews. It is like they are bringing other sororities down to be top here

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Northeastern University - NEU 4.9 They're just chill and unserious. Super fun and very pretty girls and also very down to earth. Not “top” like DZ but they have plenty of mixers and are pretty involved
