Honestly seems like these guys and Sig Ep are running the show. Being kicked off gives them more freedom to throw down and not have to worry about consequences. However, little to no campus involvement

There are always creepy stories from girls about pike but they do have huge parties and know how to have a good time. Everyone on campus knows the pike guys.

Pike has done well considering they're kicked off campus. Don't do a whole lot besides party but that works for a lot of people these days. Definitely some chillers, definitely some oddballs, overall good party scene. Right up there with Sig Ep and Delt
