Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at Northeastern University - NEU 4.5 Pretty much everyone who goes out at neu knows these guys are top. I've heard a lot of stories about them being complete douchebags, but I partied there a lot last semester and they were always very hospitable to me and my girls.

Good parties but that's about it. A lot of typical waspy east coast kids and really rude to anyone not in a top-tier greek org
