I heard that these guys were the "top house" on campus. I can't take away from the magnitude of their parties but the guys aren't that hot and are total douchebags

If you want to join a fraternity for the sole reason that it's the biggest on campus then this is the place for you. Don't get me wrong there are some cool guys, but for every cool guy, there's at least one squid. That's a less than ideal cool guy to squid ratio in anyone's book, and definitely the worst ratio out of all the good fraternities

Kappa Sig has been the dominant chapter on campus for a long time. People try to bash the brotherhood just because they are the largest on campus, but the pledging program is by far the toughest at neu from what I can tell and everyone in that chapter considers the other 140+ guys as close friends. Very active on campus, definitely a few guys that can come off as douchey but the majority are very cool guys

Yes they're popular, and not to say they don't back it up (great parties, a lot of hot guys), but they're just so full of themselves it makes them difficult to like
