True Frat Ranks - For Incoming Students

For incoming students, just know this website is pretty unreliable. A lot of the posts are just guys in frats ranking their own houses higher than they actually are which makes it pretty hard to get a real sense of what the frat scene is like here.

This is probably the closest thing to an objective breakdown. Obviously people will argue in the comments but that’s usually just guys defending their own house.

TOP
Phi Psi / KSig / SAE
Generally interchangeable. Phi Psi probably edges it most years but the three are basically the same tier.

UPPER
Snu / KA
Both good houses with solid guys. Sorority relations are a little weaker than the top three but still good.

LOWER
ZBT / ATO
Nice guys overall. On average a little more awkward socially and the parties aren’t as strong.

REST
If they’re not listed above they’re usually a more random group. Probably decent guys but not much sorority presence.

Take everything on this site with a grain of salt though. Best way to judge houses is just going to rush events and meeting people yourself.
