Connects are mandatory. Looks are pretty necessary depending on the strength of your connection. Wealth is mandatory for rush and to be in the house in general. If they’re taking a ski trip to Switzerland for the weekend, and you can’t go because you’re too poor you won’t have fun. They also act way more into girls than they actually are to improve their algorithm, they like saying things like “see you next time” even if there is no next time.

I know a lot of the girls in Theta and they have so many issues and really weak bonds. No one ever wants to step up to the plate, it's unorganized, and nothing like what a sorority stands for. Also their "families" are some of the weakest and I rarely see or hear much about them anymore.

Definitely a top tier sorority if not the best but from what I've heard not very accepting...very exclusive & cliquey. PC is basically decided before rush.

Theta has a very split chapter. there’s the life of the party girls that the guys label as easy and love to take to formals/dps for obvious reasons but then there’s the super involved, smart girls that still go out but it’s not the same.

KAT is once again knocking it out of the park with great girls! KAT continues to be a top pick and is a highly sought after group every year. I only wish they could take every girl that wants them first. The hope is that every girl will find a place for them that is the right fit.
