They were originally one of the top tier frats, but in the past couple of years, SAE has taken a turn for the worst. Lame parties, failed freshman rush, and an investigation have hurt them badly

SAE has gone downhill hard the past few years, losing pledges to other frats and having a bunch of scandals and investigations. Used to be fun but now kind of weird and creepy. RIP

This is the house girls are warned about when they first come to Rhodes. Seriously, SAE is the subject of most creepy guy jokes. Top House but for all the wrong reasons, and I feel as if other houses are approaching quickly.
