To be top tier, a house needs to have at least two of these three things. 1. Lots of money 2. Lots of brothers (150+) 3. A nice house. People are probably going to try to rip this apart, but if you look at all of fraternities at IU you'll see that this is absolutely true. Can't think of a single house that proves this wrong.
