It doesn’t look good that all of a sudden there is so much pi phi hate. What are you trying to do? Pi phi is killing it. They’ve been a desirable house for a while. You don’t see KD or ADpi acting threatened. There is more room at the top. We get more pnms every year and pan will continue to grow. Let them have it. It’s not that deep.
