1. Theta chi: super close with snu but this year they were better cuz casa didn’t throw for a bit. Some new guys are squids but there chapter house is insane, and they throw there 2. Snu: casa is the best party setup in cp. they’ll continuously stay good if they can keep it from getting burned down. Only do spring rush basically, cool guys all around but some odd balls 3. TEP: best Jewish frat and best events, like tepfest or this tepwatch. They simply just have the most money, if you wanna spend 3k a semester on parties, come here. Some weird guys probably should be in beta 4. Lambda: apparently they have adphi’s chapter house now, so that with improving (but not great) relations and good parties should keep them above sig chi and ato 5. Sig Chi: these guys used to be number 3 but may be cooked now. Guys are super cool but they lost there party house and new PC’s weren’t that great. Maybe they’ll turn it around 6. ATO: similar with sig chi these guys are just kinda falling off. Brick is not a great party house and it’s in the middle of nowhere, new pc’s are squids. They are on the way down. They do a have a good chapter house tho. 7. Zeta psi: the older guys are super cool, if they can help out with getting new guys I can see them being top 5. They lost there darty house which sucks but those come and go 8. Beta: the mouse of Jewish frats, they have really good darties but their relations suck and apparently they don’t know how to talk to girls. Beta is good during day, bad during night 9. Dsig: relations kind of falling apart, they seem like cool dudes and they get solid guys but most are just squidy. Seems like they do a good amount of joints. Just not much going on here 10. KA: they have great relations with theta thanks to the older dudes, besides that though relations kind of rough and girls don’t enjoy there parties much. Don’t have much of a post. Nice guys just not much going on Takeaways: - snu can pretty easily jump theta chi - ATO and Sig Chi are falling off, new PC’s will reflect this - Zeta psi can improve hella with a good rush
