These are pretty accurate rankings after last Spring Rush. Some of the top houses stopped putting energy into Rush and lost a lot of members. There a a lot of houses that do care sby Rush and spend a lot of time and $$$ getting new members. If you don't you will lose your houses like Lambda, Pike, KA, Chi Phi, and DTD did.
