If a couple of big names come back and build on those lots, it would help Heritage. Personally, nothing beats on campus like the College Ave area or where SX is about to build near campus/collegetown. Even ChiPhi owns the biggest lot in a prime location and was about to build a mansion before getting booted a few years back when I was there. I just never liked the distance Heritage is from campus/Doak/Pots/everything. Just an opinion. But you’d have 3 main areas to choose- College Ave (KA, Fiji, Ksig, OX, Beta), College town (SX, Sigep, ChiPhi), and Heritage (pike, Lambda, Phi Delt). We’ll see what happens to SAE, but they’ll figure it out and be alright.
