New sorority houses
by: Msu gradDrove down the row while in Starkvegas recently and made this observation. The new houses on the back side , Alpha Chi is going to be beautiful and right next to the ADPi house which is gorgeous , are far prettier than the houses on main row. Even the new build of KD is not looking like it is going to pretty on the outside. Phi Mu may be expanding but I couldn’t tell for sure. It’s right next to a frat house and across from one so that is odd. Main row or backside of row is shaping up to be the pretty structural houses. I’ve been gone too long to know which houses are desirable as far as members. Just my opinion and everyone has one !

um, maybe you rode by at night and just couldn't see well?
axo will be nice, but nothing "better" than what's already there. and it will be smaller than several existing houses.
the exterior facade of adpi looks nearly identical to dg with the big white columns across the front. and dg is stately and stunning. no notes.
kd was widely considered one of the most beautiful houses in the SEC (pre tear-down) due to the large wrap around porch & uniquely southern appeal. it will be even moreso when the reno is complete & will feature an even larger wrap around porch.
DDD is a classic, traditional beauty and their reno many years ago which reoriented the front of their house to face the main road (instead facing towards ZTA) was an incredible move. when their house is done up for bid day & christmas - wowza! she's a beauty!
