PNM question about getting a bid during rush

Will a PNM that rushes that has good grades and good reputation usually get a bid to join a sorority? It’s not guaranteed but do most girls that rush at State get a bid usually? Are all sororities equal in popularity at State? Would getting invite to join any sorority at be a honor? Is a girls college experience doomed if she is not Greek at state?Or is there a hierarchy and one sorority is considered lower tier? Thanks!
