Zeta is a bottom house bc they recruit girls who are a standards risk that the other houses drop, they have a low gpa threshold set by zeta nationals, and they don't attract in state girls so local support and guidance is minimal. All these things hurt them and will continue to keep them down until zeta nationals steps in and insists on changes. Then, once their priorities change they'll be able to work their way up to a respectable mid house.
Please don't misunderstand, there are great girls in every house, including zeta! They do have some solid girls, many might even be considered top girls if they attended their far out of state college. However, most of top far out of state girls tend to be picked up by tri delta, alpha delta pi, and phi mu before zeta has a shot at them.
If the top zeta girls would stick around, then they'd be able to make changes too. But they end up back home after they graduate or end up dropping because of the internal drama. It's a vicious and unfortunate cycle for Zeta. Nationals really does need to step in and make changes or alpha chi will be passing up zeta too. Their new house is being built now and will be a big selling point.

Let me fill you in on what real students think:
Top: KD, DG, Chi O
Mid: Pho Mu, DDD, ADPi
Lower: ZTA, Pi Phi, AXO
Anyone who says anything different is just lying.
I mean there are always individual exceptions but on the overall, this is fact & can be backed up by GPA, social events, campus awards, need to COB and volume of members. Panhellenic publishes scorecards each semester. Go look it up

u must not go to state bc no one here would ever rate the houses like u listed them, sooooo many are just wronggg
real ranking:
top (MS strong pull)
chi o, dg, kd (depending on your vibe)
mid (all great houses)
pm, ddd, adpi (depending on where ur from and ur vibe)
lower (got one of these for listed reasons)
zeta, pbp, alpha chi (depends if ur standards risk, awk, or absolutely no connections)
