Get your facts straight about retention! Pulled straight from the MSU pan grade reports. You can see who does and who doesn't have a retention problem.
F21 - S22 = dropped
260 - 204 = -56 PBP w/ 11 S22 bids = -67
287 - 250 = -37 ZTA w/ 6 S22 bids = -43
290 - 263 = -27 PM
99 - 80 = -19 AXO w/ 4 S22 bids = -23
267 - 247 = -20 DDD
300 - 281 = -19 ADP
319 - 310 = -9 DG
344 - 335 = -9 XO
307 - 300 = -7 KD

It means
Fall 21 membership minus spring 22 membership= number dropped
It shows who had the most drop (pi phi) and at the other end of the list the sororities with the best retention.

I believe comment #3 is discussing this year’s pledge class for KD. That would fall 22. I know a few girls from my HS that barely hung on with grades. Not sure why KD offered bids to them. One is on video saying Germantown HS looks like a jail. I’m pretty positive she’ll end up back at home.

Does this include the 15+ spring bids Kd and phi mu gave out last year during spring rush because they lost so many members?

Speak to MSU pan yourself. According to them, phi mu and kd didn't initiate anyone in the spring. Only alpha chi, zeta, and pi phi added girls in the spring of 2022.
